Most people I know think of Fievel Goes West when thinking of the old Fievel movies. I always think of An American Tail...and I think most people do too...they just confuse the titles. This movie is okay, but it isn't nearly as good as the original.
It lacks the heart that one had. Not being a huge Western fan probably doesn't help my enjoyment, but I honestly think that the movie just doesn't have the heart of gold that the first one had.
It does, however, have John Cleese AND Jimmy Stewart.
