Review of An American Haunting (2005) by Sean C — 23 May 2010
Loud brash take on a real life horror muddies the waters by throwing a child abuse angle into the mix. The performances are satisfactory however there's very few real life hauntings that are this incident-packed and in place of suspense or genuine scares the viewer is left instead with a soundtrack that bludgeons the senses and a film-style more suited to pop videos.
