The most written/documented american haunting of The Bell Witch gets a tweak here and there to include some pretty creepy extras that were not part of the original documentation...however, with very little gore, no swearing, and no nudity it proves that scary, tense, and disturbing moments don't require any of those to be successful.
It's not the best ghost/possession movie but for me it had enough of a twist on the material to recommend, even with the cliche'd ending.
