This is probably the last movie you should watch if you're in a funk or doubting humanity at all!
It was emotional and terrifying and just truly horrific... however, that's all I got from it. People are evil. Terrible things happen to good people. There was nothing to really take away from this movie other than: life is miserable and people get tortured to death and neighbors don't do anything (or they torture the person themselves). I mean, seriously fucked up but what else was there to this movie?
Great acting though.
