Catherine Keener played the villain so well that I wanted more than anything to jump in and strangle her. Ellen Page, playing the victim, is very versatile as an actress. She made me cry my eyes out.
Other than the acting, the film was rather mediocre. Its development is somewhat retarded, and it failed to reach its climax... and in the end, it was a disappointment.
