Honestly, better than Zucker's (Insert Genre) movies have been. Some good moments in between the waste of film stock, and the real star of the show was Kelsey Grammer as General George S. Patton. That and the really stupid terrorist of the three in the story.
Otherwise, you can really wait to see this movie, or you don't have to see it at all. Not like you're missing much.
