Review of An American Carol (2008) by Case T — 25 Jul 2009
Those who remember the movie "Airplane" will understand what they are getting into here. The difference. Airplane was much funnier. This film wasn't very funny, as much as it was clever. Any person who does not like Michael Moore will enjoy the mocking and angle.
With the three "ghosts" showing Michael Moore the true meaning of America you get a unique story. The show is quite crude. Just as Airplane was, they fill it with off color jokes. The best part of the show for me was when they introduce the ACLU.
Cracked me up. Not recommended for all, but for the moderate to right (not the far right or the liveral who will be offended) political backgrounds you might get a kick out of the humor they find coming at the expense of the far left.
