Review of An Affair to Remember (1957) by Chris W — 17 Jan 2012
If this was redone today it would b considered as worthy a love-story classic as "The Notebook." As in most of his roles, Carey Grant plays a suave womanizer but finds true love along the way. While normally this genre's plot is predictable and gag-reflex inducing; I found the dialogue to be funny, witty and full of the usual sexual innuendoes of the time period.
All-in-all, if u like classic cinema like I do, this is a fantastic love story!
