Review of An Affair of the Heart (2012) by Susan D — 19 Oct 2012

I had the opportunity to see this film twice when it had it's world premiere at the Florida Film Festival back in April. I think it shows how strong and special the bond is between Rick and his fans.

There are so many artists out there that only care about performing, getting their money and moving on to the next city. Rick is unique in the fact that he takes the time to interact with us all at shows and has a great time while making sure we have a great time.

I have been a fan for 40 years and can relate to some of the stories and how Rick talks about how going to his shows and hearing his older songs can take you back to a more simpler time in your life and bring back wonderful memories.

This is a wonderful film and he is an AWESOME human being. Thank you to Melanie, Sylvia and of course Rick for making it possible. Also, the film premiere was where he was kind enough to pose for the picture of the two of us attached to this review.

I will never forget his kindness <3 If you have not seen this movie or gone to one of Rick's shows, you are seriously depriving yourself of an awesome experience !!!!!
