Review of Amour (2012) by Juls M — 30 Jan 2013
Amour is a kind of film that is very hard to watch because it's too touching and heartbreaking at the same time. It took a while for me to watch the movie and the hesitance is caused by the simplicity of the title but after watching it I realized that there is nothing more suitable to best described what the film is all about than 'Amour' or 'Love'.
It may be surprising to see it competing for Best Film for this year's Oscars but it's truly deserving.
