I can't even really rate this film. Or recommend it to most normal, everyday moviegoers. If you normally associate words like "enjoyable" and "entertaining" with the movies you see, this one isn't for you.
Amour is worse than depressing. It's bleak and hopeless. It's also unforgettable and unique--and probably the most honest film you'll ever see about growing old.
