Review of Amour (2012) by Osvaldo J — 22 Feb 2013
It was a walk-out. I feel like I was duped. I was looking for an entertaining evening out with the girls and got a French speaking, subtitle, depressing movie about an elderly couple dealing with change, aging, and separation.
The worst part was the dialog .... In French! At 62, I wasn't looking for a reminder of what life might be like in years to come..in French! Thanks but no thanks....I'd rather wait for the American version.
