Review of Among Ravens (2014) by Lorelei W — 16 Jul 2014
A group of four friends reunites for a weekend and are joined by a stranger that no one quite knows how to react to, though they all learn that there may be more to a person than what's apparent beneath the surface.
Johnny Sequoyah may be the youngest among the cast, but her performance stands out as one of the best as Amy Smart's precocious daughter who befriends Will McCormack's eccentric character. The cinematography is spot-on and you won't believe how beautiful Idaho can be.
Among Ravens is a quietly powerful film that stays with you long after you walk out of the theater.
