Despite this having nothing to do with The Amityville Horror (which may be a plus point, none of the movies are great) and despite some half baked performances, this is still a marginally entertaining film.
One or two good scenes and has to be enjoyed it for what it is. If you love all Horror movies including the mediocre, you'll get some enjoyment from this.
