Review of Amityville: A New Generation (1993) by Mark W — 26 Apr 2012
This sixth Amityville film continues the pattern of the previous two by having the evil move to a new location via a piece of furniture from the original house. This time it is a creepy mirror that is brought into a an old building that features studio spaces occupied by "artists.
" The film never achieves anything "new" as its title might suggest. Instead, it is just another tired--if still reasonably enjoyable--entry in the series. If you don't mind bad horror films, then it provides an evening's entertainment.
Otherwise, I would definitely avoid it.
