Review of Amistad (1997) by Rafi K — 18 Jan 2009
A very good historical movie. Produced by S. Spielberg and thus is very "goody two-shoes". it is very interesting because it combines a human story with a classic court story set in the early 19th century USA (before slavery abolition).
Good actors and direction, but the moral is a bit too hollywoodian. Worth seeing though.
