A movie that doesn't know what it wants to be. Does it want to be a stoner comedy? Does it want to be a serious movie? Does it want to be deep and philosophical or over the top and cheesy? It tries to juggle too many things and it just doesn't work.
Basically a stoner who was in some secret agent program is activated to protect him. Could have been really good, but it just never worked instead.
