Surprisingly entertaining in a super-secret-agent Manchurian Candidate fantasy sort of way.
With lot's of action and ultra-violent maiming and death, and enough comedy elements.
With some great and memorable characters.
Over the top, sure, in a suspended disbelief sort of good way.
