Not funny enough to be a comedy. Not enough action to be a thriller. It's as if the movie doesn't know what it wants to be so it never fully reaches in any direction. What you end up with is a mildly amusing, highly predictable rom-ish-com-ish.
Seems the marketing team couldn't quite figure it out either, based on the ads that really misrepresent the film. If you think you're going to see a funny, stoner action-comedy you're going to be sorely disappointed.
