Damn. I was really hoping the whole "Jason Bourne but stoned" thing was going to work, but it really didn't. The characters are pretty wooden and you never truly care about what happens to them.

Some of the action scenes contain original and entertaining ideas, but there are just as many that are awkwardly shot. Even though this film flashes some potential throughout, it rarely delivers and isn't worth rushing out to see.
