This is just a repeat of every other "Secret CIA assassin program" movie. Also, Topher Grace is absolutely awful in this movie. Not because he's the antagonist, rather, because his acting was an abomination.
His motivation for the diabolical plan he has devised is beyond silly. It's important to note, by "diabolical", I mean stupid.
