I'd forgotten how much I hated high school until I saw this. I didn't remember how fragile and vulnerable my emotions were back then. The film was slight above average for me, nothing really groundbreaking.
It's interesting to see that little to nothing has changed since the late 80s. Great music choices; Blacks Kids, Ting Tings, MGMT and New Pornographers all have songs used in the film.
