This is a super interesting look at a character that most movies would avoid. He's a loser in every single sense, and in that way he's average and ordinary and relatable. American Splendor is funny and creative with some simple yet fascinating and cool special effects.
Love the way this movie was made, but some of the characters were overly annoying. Paul Giamatti is such an incredible actor--way underrated.
