I saw this shortly after studying documentary cinema at school and was amazed at the approach taken by the filmmakers to have the real harvey do the v.o., with one of the greatest actors out (lets just forget about planet of the apes, right?) giving a brilliant performance.
things like having them sitting in the same room, chatting, while toby is speaking to the camera about jelly beans is really great stuff.
