A unique voice from a unique man - Harvey Pekar is a seemingly bitter man with nothing to live for a film about not much of anything, it remains a thoroughly engrossing story, and one that is based on a real guy who has written indy comic "American Splendor" for over two decades.
An under-appreciated classic in the bio genre.
