Review of American Splendor (2003) by Jaime-The Revolutionary Artist? — 10 Dec 2008
The most unique film I've ever seen. It has so many layers to it and it's done with the right flow throughout the film and it never loses it's rhythm. This film makes me feel like being "weird" is not all that bad afterall.
It's better to be real/honest with yourself and with your art than to be some fake, even if everyone thinks you're a big weirdo and loser. I love this movie, I can't say enough about it.
