Review of American Sniper (2014) by Chris E — 20 Nov 2015
Pros: Bradley Cooper is terrific, full of pressured emotion there's not a moment after he goes to Iraq you don't feel what he feels, Clint Eastwood does not make a political statement at all during the film the movie is solely on Kyle's experience on the battlefield and coping with his experience at home.
Cons: When your main character's goal to keep coming for another tour is to protect others you might want to make the supporting cast feel important.
