Where to begin in a movie surrounded by so much controversy. All I have to say is that if you haven't seen American Sniper, you are missing out on a very American and a very enriching experience! This story is real, the emotions captured by the performance of Bradley Cooper are indescribable.
It is an absolute disgrace that he did not win a "coveted" Oscar for this and that this movie did not win Best Picture, it truly made the Oscar awards less meaningful after that.
