Review of American Reunion (2012) by Logan M — 03 Sep 2012
I know not everyone might agree with me but watching the movie for Stiffler is a legit reason! Sean William Scott is one of my favorite comedians, don't blame me there are not that much anyway! But I have been a fan of him, and the movie series, for a long time and it was not easy to turn it down on a rainy friday night.
The movie talks reunites the guys... that's about it. Well obviously it is the last one in the series, at least done by the same actors I mean, and it is intended to show us how everyone looks like now, how have they been doing and what will they be doing in the future, and it did show all of that so where's the problem? I'll tell you; the movie is directed to the fans and it delivers, however, we, as a fan, thought that the changes they are going through would be huge since now they are thirty! But they're not; my guy Stiffler is still a loser at a sucky job doing nothing, Kevin is married but still in love with Hollywood's own whore Tara Reid, Finch is still as dull as he was before, and Jim never really grew up, no I mean he looks exactly the same with the same amount of dullness and lameness he has before.
Like I mentioned before the movie is directed to the fans, if you haven't watched the first and second movies do not watch this, which made me remember the finale was epic by the way, but not if you are not a fan. I wished it had a better story line or even a writer but still, I liked it.
