Review of American Psycho (2000) by Chiek E — 05 May 2013
Beware of impeccably dressed, fit and trim narcissistic men. spending way too much time on skin care but more importantly, enjoys Huey Lewis, Phil Collins, Robert Palmer and Whitney Huston because he could be a psychotic killer.
Christian Bale was amazing playing this American Psycho. There was an uncanny resemblance between Christian Bale and Tom Cruise when he played the misogynistic role in Magnolia. But I don't think anyone can play Patrick Bateman but Christian himself.
Because he is just amazingly competent and looked the role. The second half got even more interesting when Patrick Bateman couldn't find the dead girls' chopped up bodies. Did he really killed anyone or was it all just in his head?
