Christian Bale is SO amazing, and this film does provoke some interesting thoughts, but it's also pretty cold and unsettling. It's good, and I'd watch it again, but something is keeping me from rating it higher and I can't really put my finger on it.
Just doesn't feel right for my rating to convey anything more than "I like it.".
