American Psycho was a movie I could not take my eyes off. It had a very creepy and eerie feel that is well conveyed through Christian Bale's character, the story and the soundtrack. There is an ominous narration by Bale's character throughout which just adds to the dark tone.
The editing seemed choppy, dragging out some scenes which brought me out of the movie on various occasions. I will probably never go back and watch American Psycho again but some of the scenes will stick to me forever.
