Review of American Pimp (2000) by Kate G — 22 Dec 2007

Great documentary about true pimps speaking about what they do. I thought it was a little humorous how they claimed it wasn't like the movies at all and then as the movie went on a lot of them did the stereotypical things.

.. except no drugs which is a plus. I just feel really bad for the women, the one guy who's actually interacting with his blond bitch... it looks like a video of an abusive relationship I saw on 20/20 or something.

Anyways, good documentary with interesting and amusing things going on.
