Not that I ever have high expectations of an American Pie movie, but this was terrible even by those low standards. No originality, nothing but gross-out humor, and really, no plot to speak of. Stick to the original movie and maybe the second one, and save yourself the oversaturation of all these sequels that really have nothing to do with anything.
