Play that funky music on the bagpipes was pretty special, but apart from that theres not much funny or memorable about this and the facial expressions and the high pitched giggle that the actor for Stiflers brother kept doing got really irritating.
For the most part it also felt like the age group it was targeted at was a lot lower than the previous 3.
