Review of American Pie 2 (2001) by Nolan M — 25 Apr 2015
American Pie 2 fails to bring anything new to the series of crudely gross teen comedies and is nowhere near as good as the original, however pretty much all of the original cast return and that always makes a sequel more enjoyable.
It doesn't retread too many of the original film's plot devices and tries to sustain its audiences through different means, but it just feels too desperate in trying to supass the original when it just cant.
