It has a few amusing moments scattered throughout, and I kinda have a jones for pre-sloppy-mess Tara Reid, but other than that it's pretty corny for the most part and I wanna hit Stiffler with a shovel every time his mouth is open, but I guess that's the point of the character, eh?
Honestly though, I don't mind giving it another look just to pass an afternoon should it turn up on cable or wherever.
Worth a rental at the very least, as it's nice to see a return to the teen titty films of the '80s.
