If you have ever wondered, where will all of my pretension, all of my aspirant dreams and opinions take me, watch this movie, and seriously consider the direction of your life. this really depicts what is beautiful and at the same time pathetic about american culture- it is beautiful that someone like mark borchardt could make a movie and also pathetic that someone like marc borchardt could make a movie.
I love this movie. so often celluloid glosses over the strip mall wasteland of the midwest, or regards it with despicable condescention.
