Can a surveillance mission turn into the worlds largest drug cartel ? An in-the-face satire that justifies what might have led in the long run to bring about the Trump presidency. American meddling out in the open, flushed out through a racy script and loaded with wry humour.

A movie that is sheer joy as a viewer, but a chance to become any of those characters in real life would make you think! Excesses of the system, enforcement, money and the american dream leave a country and its people intoxicated.

And 'Just Say No' campaign is the perfect icing on this farce cake. Tom Cruise shines through this gutsy role and Liman/Spinelli leave no stone unturned in making it a hell of a watch.
