Frenetic, well paced, the tension and the consequences arising from the characters' own personalities propels the narrative forward. shot in a slick retro 30's style, with a visual flair that few period pieces accomplish.
Particularly liked Bale's acting, and Jennifer Lawrence can get under your skin.
