Review of American Hustle (2013) by Kevin K — 17 Sep 2014

Christian Bale does a stellar job acting and gettin' fat n' all. Jennifer Lawrence is a somewhat believable crazyface but is out-aged by the rest of the cast, making her look very out-of-place.

All in all, everyone's just a bunch of unstable, washed up characters bitching and moaning about "we all gotta do what we gotta do to survive" and fumbling their plans to get rich only to end up with a half-baked "Yeah, we showed him!" resolution.
