Incredible that Kaye hasn't gone on to make anything else of merit because this is such a great film. Perhaps it's lifted above the norm by Norton's powerhouse performance but either way it's gripping from beginning to end and some scenes (the verbal showdown at the dinner table in particular) really stay with you.
