Very well put together documentary on early hardcore in the LA and DC scene. Oddly enough, Ian McKaye is smarter AFTER the drugs. Henry Rollins is a God as always. Only real complaint is whenever the Cro-Mags are featured, because they might and probably are mentally retarded.
