Review of American Graffiti (1973) by Post G — 05 Jan 2009
Excellent movie, although some parts shine more than others. Paul Le Mat portrays his character brilliantly, as does Mackenzie Phillips. The Pharaohs side-story is excellent, however the Toad-Debbie characters seem too unlikely, and Ron Howard is simply unlikable.
Nonetheless, these parts are relatively inoffensive, and the better moments drag the movie well up.
