A very entertaining teen movie. But anyone can watch no matter how old they are. The film is basically about teenagers having fun during there last summer before they go on with the rest of there lives.

Terry is the nerd from the group and with his new car that his friend gave him he was able to get a hot date. Another character named Curt spends the night searching for a girl that said to him that she loved him.

He didn't know who she was he just wanted to know that a girl in that town loved him. My favorite part of the whole movie had to be the scenes with John and the little girl Carol. It was hilarious how she got in the car when he thought she was much older.

My favorite line in the film is when Carol said, "your car is uglier than I am, that came out wrong." The other best part of the film has to be the cinematography. The whole film was filmed during night except for the end so it had a nice light up feel to it.

It's set during the 60's so there were many different types of classic cars. There's also so many popular classic rock n' roll songs to go with the already good cinematography. The writing was really good.

It was realistic and fun to listen to. The directing could have been better. Didn't really like the camera scenes. It felt like somethings where cut off from the screen. Overall, this was a really good movie.

I recommend this to teenagers that need an education on what a good movie is. Also to people that liked Star Wars considering that this is a George Lucas movie.
