Review of American Graffiti (1973) by Laura O — 30 Sep 2008
First off, loved the music! I think they fit about 50 songs in there, but they were all fabulous songs. I was practically singing/dancing the whole time. Richard Dreyfss is such a cutie when he's young.
All of the actors fit great in their roles... except Cindy Williams. That was a bit odd. She was really good, but it was hard to believe that that was Shirley from "Laverne and Shirley". But I guess that's why it's called acting.
The only thing that seemed weird to me was how many people were out till 5 am just walking around and stuff. Including old people! And businesses were open that late too. So nothing too exciting happens in this movie, but it was nice enough.
