Review of American Gangster (2007) by Wassim S — 26 Feb 2012

This film is the perfect formula for a modern gangster film, it has blood, drugs, action, dirty cops, money, and anything else you would want to see out of this drama. Be prepared to invest a large portion of time into it but it is well worth the story.

American Gangster is one of the only films where you find yourself wondering whether or not you are supposed to love or hate the bad guy from start to finish.
