Gotta love Ridley. I dunno if it's necessarily better than other classic gangster movies like The Godfather, Goodfellas or even The Departed, I'd have to go watch it a few more times before I decide that but I definitely enjoyed the hell out of it.
Crowe was great, Denzel was even greater. You can tell the man really enjoys playing the bad guy. Anyway, I'd say it's my second favorite movie of the year so far. I hope it does well.
