Thought this was going to be pretty good for about the first thirty minutes. then it just drunkenly ambled on for the rest of the time. not even crowe or the great mr. Washington could save this movie for me.

this movie proves you can't just throw A list actors and a A list director and expect a gem every time. I did like cuba gooding jr. character. the one thing I wish is that people would stop putting this movie in the same league as the godfather, scarface and goodfellas.

also instead of "based on a true store" it should say " extremely loosely based on a true story" but that can be said for most true story movies. word!
