Not the best gangster film ever, but interesting enough to be pretty good. American Gangster is a nice film with good storylines, acting, direction, and writing; but has perfect atmosphere. Scott, Zallian, Washington, Crowe, and company all do great jobs to make American Gangster highly memorable and worth multiple watches.
